BartaBangla Desk :: BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia left for Jessore on Saturday afternoon and will address a public rally in Khulna on Sunday, to drum up public support in favour of the opposition’s demand for restoration of caretaker government. The BNP chief started her journey for Jessore from her Gulshan residence at around 4:40pm.
She will stay overnight at Jessore Circuit House on Saturday and start for Khulna on Sunday noon.
This will be the fourth out of eight 18-party rallies to be arranged in eight regions of the country to increase people’s involvement in their ongoing anti-government movement to force the government to restore the caretaker government system to oversee the polls.
