BartaBangla Desk :: A daylong film festival commenced at Shilphacharya Zaiul Abedin auditorium of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) in Mymensingh on Friday.
Padachinho, a cultural organisation of BAU arranged the festival with the aim to generate funds for opening a school for unprivileged children.
The festival will screen two short films which were made by member of Padachinho. The host troupe will also screen two music videos of their own production.
Bengali film Keamat Theke Keamat and a recent Bollywood blockbuster PK would also be screened at the festival.
Shuvo Dutta, secretary of Padachinho said to New Age, ‘We arranged this film festival in the campus for collecting funds to open a school for street children to ensure their primary education’.
Butterfly Film Production jointly organised the fest with Padachinho.
