BartaBangla Desk :: A woman was killed and ten people were injured as train derailed at Abu Nagar in Mirsarai upazila Monday.

The deceased was identified as Nasima Akther, wife of Nazimuddin of Cox’s Bazar.
A Dhaka-bound ‘Karnaphuli Express’ train from Chittagong derailed in between Mirsarai and Mostannagar railway stations at around 12:30pm, leaving  the woman dead on the spot and 10 others injured.

The injured were admitted to local clinics.
