A luxury bungalow of popular Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan (SRK), in Alibaug is under the scanner of Indian Income Tax Department. It has been alleged that SRK violated some rules while making the luxurious villa.

Besides, it is also alleged that it was an agricultural plot and he has built house on that land forging documents.

Now the superstar might be charged for fraudulent activities.

The local police declined remarking on the issue. Sources said that no FIR had been lodged so far.

SRK also maintained silence on the issue.

The police members are investigating detail documents of the land and will quiz the former landowner.

The Alibaug property of Shah Rukh Khan covers an area around 19,960 square meters. The villa contains modern facilities including a large swimming pool, helipad etc.
