BartaBangla Desk :: The Supreme Court (SC) will deliver its verdict on Tuesday over the appeals filed against the International Crimes Tribunal verdict sentencing life term imprisonment to Jamaat-e-Islami leader Quader Mollah for war crimes.
Assistant registrar of the apex court Games Richard Crush told The Independent that the appeals will come up as item No 1 in tomorrow’s list of the apex court for verdict.
After concluding the hearing on the appeals from the both sides, the five-member bench of the Appellate Division headed by chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain on July 23 kept the appeals waiting for verdict.
International Crimes Tribunal-2 on February 5 sentenced Mollah to life imprisonment on two charges and different jail terms on the other three proved charges.
