BartaBangla Report : : A court here on Sunday framed charges against four bloggers in two separate cases filed for allegedly making derogatory comments about Islam and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) through social media.
Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Mohammad Zahurul Haque passed the order after a hearing.
The court also fixed November 6 for recording deposition.
The four bloggers indicted are Asif Mohiuddin, Moshiur Rahman Biplob, Russell Pervez and Subrata Shuvo.
Police arrested the four bloggers from different parts of the capital in April for their alleged derogatory comments about Islam and Prophet Muhammad (pubh) on social media.
Police later filed two cases against the bloggers under the ICT Act.
