The former State Minister for Posts and Telecommunications, Tarana Halim, has started the office in the Secretariat as the State Minister for Information.
She reached her office at the Secretariat around 11:00 am and had some greetings with officials of her new office. She also participated in a meeting as well.
Tarana also took part in a press conference at the PID conference room.
A major reshuffle took place in the Cabinet in last week. Three Ministers and a State Minister has taken the oath. Three other ministries experienced the reshuffle too.
The unnecessary late to attend office was made since the renovation of the office was underway. Now, the Tarana Halim, the State Minister for Information, also a former media personality, is attending office in building 4 of the Ministry.
