Three people, including a child, were killed and 15 others injured in a triangular collision among a bus, a truck, and a covered van on Doulatdia-Khulna highway in Rajbari’s Goalanda on Sunday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet, reports news agency UNB.
Nabi Hossain, officer-in-charge of Ahladipur highway police camp, said a truck plunged into a roadside ditch after a collision with a Dhaka-bound bus of ‘Shohagh Paribahan’ which was hit by a covered van coming from the opposite direction, leaving three people dead on the spot and 15 others injured.
