Prominent Bangla film actor Shakib Khan was hospitalised on Thursday noon with chest pain, reports news agency UNB.
Director Shamim Ahmed Rony said Shakib was admitted to Labaid Hospital at Dhanmondi in the city around 12.30pm after complained of chest pain.
He is undergoing treatment at the emergency unit of the hospital under Dr Abdul Wadud Chowdhury, said Sahara Akhter, an employee at the hospital’s customer care section.
