At least six people, including four members of a family were killed and two others injured in a road accident in Kazir Rasta area of Madhukhali upazila in Faridpur on Friday night.<\/p>\n
The deceased are-Khairoon Bibi, 35; her father Karim Gazi, 54; his relative Nazmul Gazi, 40; Nazmul\u2019s wife Asifa Begum, microbus driver Anisur Rahman, 25, and his nephew, Zahid Hasan, 18.<\/p>\n
Police said according to witnesses, a Dhaka-bound bus of Shyamoli Paribahan from Jessore knocked a Satkhira-bound microbus in the area around 10:30am, leaving three microbus passengers dead on the spot and injuring five others.<\/p>\n
Faridpur fire service station manager Saifuzzaman said of the five, three succumbed to their injuries in the hospital.<\/p>\n
