The election must be held under a neutral government.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Condemning the ruling party and its student wing Chattra League for various crimes, Khaleda said: \u201cIf 18 party alliance comes to power, all misdeeds of the ruling AL will be justified.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Khaleda Zia took her seat at the stage of Rajshahi rally at 04:15pm.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the rally began with recitation from Holy Quran at around 02:00pm.<\/p>\n<p>She reached at the rally from Rajshahi Circuit House with party leaders and activists.<\/p>\n<p>Thousands leaders and activists of BNP and Jamaat-e-Islam welcomed her in the entrance point of the city earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Hundreds of people from different areas of the city started to gather at the venue from the morning.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, she held a rally at Rangpur.
