The actor, on his way to surrender before the TADA court, was mobbed right outside the court gates. The onlookers included cameramen, media and fans, as a tight ring of policemen escorted him to the courtroom, and the Munnabhai actor took almost 20 minutes to reach there.<br \/>\nThe 53-year-old, convicted in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case, left his Bandra home in the afternoon to a similar sight as hordes of fans gathered outside his building. While some chanted slogans in favour of the actor, others demanded a harsher sentence, and Sanjay among all this chaos, left along with wife Manyata Dutt, and first visited the Siddhivinayak temple to seek blessings.<br \/>\nA lot of big names from the film fraternity were there to show their support and solidarity towards Sanju, who has been convicted under the Arms Act.
