A motorbike accident kills three college students on Chittagong – Cox’s Bazar highway. The crash took place in Ramu Upazila on Sunday, said police.
The deceased was identified as Md Hasan (22), Shafiqul Islam (20) and Mahiuddin (22). All of them were students of Cox’s Bazar Government College, said M Liakat Ali, Officer-in-Charge of Ramu Police Station.
The accident took place in Ramu with a speedy bus of Sea-Line Paribahan at around 11.30 am. The bus hit the motorbike from behind. It resulted in the death of two riders on the spot. The remaining one died at the Upazila Health Complex, Ali said
The bus driver and his associate escaped the scene while police seized the bus.
